- Coating – Usually steel requires a coating for both aesthetic and practical. Galvanization is used in this process, which is usually the coating of steel with zinc. If colors are required, a coat of paint is provided.
Steel fabrication can be used to fabricate poles that are used in street lights, industrial pipes, construction industries and many more. Since most of the practical applications of fabricated pipes are immensely used, they need to be of the topmost quality. It usually involves work on steel that is made remotely from the site and also precise components for mechanical operations. These components interact with each other and still, their precision varies considerably during its functioning. Once the variation is understood thoroughly by the fabricator he can use the right kind of tolerances to ensure that everything goes on smoothly.
